GDM Assets has undertaken the significant project of completing the building that houses the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens

With a budget of €1.38 million, this endeavor marks a noteworthy addition to the construction industry. With a discount rate of 25.47%, GDM Assets has assumed responsibility for the completion of the building and the configuration of the surrounding environment to facilitate access to the new facilities of the National Observatory. Funded through ESPA 2014-2020, the project is expected to be finalized by September 2024, making a substantial contribution to scientific research within the country.
