Juliette Armand

Reconstruction and upgrade of an existing industrial building in Ano Liosia for the new facilities of the Greek cosmetics company Juliette Armand. The project includes a complete redevelopment of a three-story building with a total area of over 4,300 sq.m., aiming to create a modern facility for production, packaging, warehousing and administration.

Transforming

an Existing Industrial Building

The intervention fully utilizes the existing building structure, integrating complex construction techniques with modern architectural designs and energy-efficient solutions. This project involves a complete refurbishment of the building’s exterior, extensive structural reinforcement, an upgrade of the façades for both functionality and aesthetics, a comprehensive reconfiguration of the interior spaces, and the redevelopment of the surrounding outdoor areas.

At the same time, significant energy upgrade interventions are being implemented, including the installation of a photovoltaic system, thermal insulation systems and new high-performance energy-efficient windows and doors. Special attention is being given to accessibility, safety, and the overall functionality of the building.

Delivering

a Modern Industrial Facility

The new facility features efficiently organized production and logistics areas, clean rooms, dedicated Quality Control and Research & Development (R&D) laboratories, modern administrative offices, and training and presentation spaces. It also includes thoughtfully landscaped outdoor areas designed to ensure the safe and efficient circulation of both pedestrians and vehicles.

Built to modern construction and operational standards, the new facilities satisfy the stringent requirements of the cosmetics industry, fostering an efficient, safe, and highly functional working environment.
