LEED Gold Certification for Office Building Kifisias 268

We are pleased to announce that Office Building Kifisias 268 has been awarded LEED Gold certification for Building Design & Construction: Core & Shell Development.

This certification highlights the sustainability of the office building in Chalandri, ensuring high energy performance and optimal use of the professional spaces it offers. A significant aspect of its innovative approach was the decision to preserve and reuse the existing structure rather than construct a new building.
