Maria Callas Academy of Lyric Art featured in KTIRIO + ERGOTAXIO

The Maria Callas Academy of Lyric Art — a project of significant cultural value — was extensively featured in the June issue of KTIRIO + ERGOTAXIO.

The restoration and preservation of this unique listed building, of both cultural and historical importance, is set to enhance the cultural appeal of the Patision Street area and contribute to the revitalization of Athens’ urban center by offering a new home for music education.

The building, recognized for its remarkable architecture, is deeply connected to the legendary soprano Maria Callas, who lived there during her childhood years.
With honor and dedication, the GDM Assets team is working on this demanding project, aiming for completion in 2026.
