REDEFINING
Workspaces with Style and Sustainability
The construction involved extensive renovations, particularly to the façade, which has been refreshed to feature a contemporary aesthetic. The new façade, made with Etalbond fins, includes structural enhancements and a new metallic framework for the fin suspension system. Special modifications were also made to accommodate insulation and specialized lighting systems. Additionally, the building is now equipped with “structural” aluminium curtain walls manufactured by Schueco.
The surrounding area has been redesigned, and the entire building has been upgraded for energy efficiency, achieving LEED Gold certification. This upgrade combines appealing aesthetics with sustainability for the businesses that will occupy the new office spaces. State-of-the-art Building Management Systems (BMS) have been installed, allowing for the monitoring and optimization of the building’s energy performance. Photovoltaic panels on the rooftop contribute to the building’s energy autonomy.
Experience
Excellence with Modern Design
The office arrival experience has been enhanced with a newly designed entrance, featuring a metallic structure with unique geometry. This characteristic entrance, with its gentle, modern curves and high aesthetic appeal, seamlessly integrates with the building’s overall architectural design. Impressive lighting and new planting areas further optimize green space usage and enhance the building’s ecological footprint.
A significant aspect of the ergonomic and aesthetic upgrade, which considerably improves the quality of the new offices, is the complete redesign of the interior common areas, including the lobby, stairwell, elevators, and restrooms. The new design features Aliveri marble and mosaic flooring in the lobby, Prolat flooring, wood paneling on the walls, and distinctive metallic elements. Furthermore, three new cour anglaise and skylights have been added to enhance natural lighting, transforming the building’s basement into a bright and fully functional space.
