Completion and upgrade of a five-storey residential building in the quiet and green neighborhood of Papagou. With a total surface area of 650 sq.m., the structure features spacious balconies that enhance the urban landscape with a modern and visually appealing design.

The building comprises three contemporary residences ranging from 120 to 240 sq.m., developed across separate levels to ensure privacy, independence, and functional living. Additional features include a rooftop terrace and a pilotis with dedicated parking spaces for each unit, offering comfort and practicality to daily life. Constructed with high-quality materials and attention to detail, the residences provide ideal living conditions, meeting the standards of modern urban living with all contemporary amenities.
Delivering
Quality Construction
The construction works involved the full completion of a building that had remained unfinished for over a decade. As part of the project, structural imperfections were corrected, all electromechanical installations were replaced and upgraded, and the building’s façade was entirely redesigned. A key architectural intervention was the unification of the ground and first floors into a single maisonette. This was achieved by creating an internal staircase, which followed necessary structural reinforcements to ensure the integrity of the load-bearing system.
