Construction of the new PCCW Global offices in Athens, located on the first floor of the Office Building Kifisias 268. The entire floor, with a total surface area of 1,000 square meters, was fully reconfigured and renovated in line with the modern architectural design by KKMK Architects, creating a high-aesthetic working environment.
Combining
high aesthetics and functionality
The offices are fully aligned with the upgraded, state-of-the-art building and feature high-quality characteristics in both functionality and aesthetics. A total of 17 individual office spaces, 3 meeting rooms, a reception area, and auxiliary spaces were configured to accommodate 80 employees, ensuring privacy and unobstructed circulation along the central corridor. Key design principles emphasize the integration of natural elements that enhance the urban working environment, alongside the use of natural light from perimeter openings that illuminate the interior spaces.
Constructing
demanding projects with high-quality materials
The carefully chosen combination of high-quality materials creates a distinct and modern office space that showcases architectural and construction excellence. A continuous white polyurethane floor runs throughout the corridors, enhancing spatial fluidity and visual continuity. Traditional partition walls are reinterpreted as clusters of “petals,” finished in either white or wide-grain oak veneer and interconnected with glass elements. The design features a variety of natural materials, including wood, metal, and marble, along with integrated greenery. The ceiling is clad in stainless steel, while the flooring showcases Rosso Alicante marble, known for its signature orange-red tone. The lighting design is soft and atmospheric, contributing to the overall high aesthetic of the space in harmony with the other materials used.
