planning
Smart design, smaller footprint
The building’s bioclimatic design features an orientation that promotes indirect, diffused lighting. This, along with energy-efficient window frames, contributes to energy savings throughout the day. The design maximizes solar gains during the winter, reducing the reliance on artificial lighting. The natural ventilation in all the rooms, along with the thermal insulation of the building’s shell, enhances its bioclimatic design. Additionally, the installation of a photovoltaic system, solar panels, and a heat pump are key features that help reduce the building’s energy footprint.
Growing
With Nature And Colour
A key aspect of the construction is the use of outdoor play areas for infants and toddlers, featuring safety flooring and roof areas landscaped with aromatic plants and trees. The Nursery School features colourful architecture and abundant natural lighting that enhance the cognitive and emotional development of young children. A project that captivates with both its beauty and functionality.
