Chalandri Office Building

This project centers around a four-story building with a total area of over 6,000 square meters, which will undergo modifications to transform into a modern high-specification office building. This building will be LEED Gold certified, combining style and sustainability to cater to the businesses of the future.

The project involves extensive interventions, such as modifications to the internal layout, updated exterior aesthetics, the reconfiguration of the surrounding environment, and an enhancement of the building’s energy efficiency standards. Our aim is a comprehensive upgrade of the building and its surroundings.

The interior spaces, including the lobby, staircase, and elevators, will undergo revitalization and enhancement, with a focus on ergonomics and quality. Additionally, cour anglaise will be introduced in the basement to augment natural lighting.
