McDonald’s Patra

GDM Assets has undertaken the complete renovation of a historic building located in Olga Square in Patras, housing a fast-food restaurant from the multinational chain, McDonald’s.

The building, maintaining its architectural heritage as a preserved historical site, was transformed into an impressive two-story restaurant. The main restaurant area covers approximately 330 square meters, while the second floor accommodates staff and office space, spanning around 250 square meters.
