Presentation of the Maria Callas Academy of Lyric Art Project Progress

GDM Assets was proud to participate in the presentation event of the Maria Callas Academy of Lyric Art, held at the Stelios Foundation Conference Hall. During the event, the Vice President of GDM Assets discussed the progress of the restoration of the historic listed building at 61 Patission Street, where Maria Callas lived during her early years. This restoration project is of significant cultural and historical importance, aiming to transform the iconic building into a contemporary center for education, research, and artistic development in lyric art, while preserving the legacy of the world-renowned Greek soprano.
