Renovation of the privately owned three-story offices of TUI Hellas, situated within an office building on Thiseos Avenue in the Kallithea area. The construction extended over a total area of 1,860 square meters.
UPGRADING
Functionality of Office Spaces
The upgrade interventions on the existing 1980s-era building were made in the existing workspaces on the 1st, 6th, and 7th floors, creating 87 permanent workstations and the capacity to accommodate an additional 25 hot-desking visitors. Construction work was also carried out on the exclusive-use rooftop of the 8th floor and its stairwell termination.

Modern Working Conditions
Each space underwent a complete redesign, which featured the installation of glass and gypsum partitions, wooden doors, vinyl flooring in various shades aligned with TUI’s branding, and metal dividers between offices and corridors. Custom wooden constructions in the reception area added to the high aesthetic quality of the office’s common interior spaces.
The intensive renovation program also included a complete refurbishment of the restrooms, replacing tiles and sanitary ware, and constructing an ADA-compliant accessible restroom. Additionally, the walls were repainted. Each of the three office floors now provides hot-desking areas, informal breakout zones, a self-contained kitchen, meeting rooms, and coworking spaces.
The new office design facilitates flexibility and efficient operation of the multinational company across multiple time zones, as well as optimal use by international partners visiting the TUI Hellas headquarters.
Construction works began in November 2024 and were completed in January 2025, reflecting a notably short timeframe for a project of this scale.
